Join us for a fun, hands-on sourdough baking class designed to make the art of bread-making simple, approachable, and truly enjoyable—no matter your experience level!

In this class, you’ll learn how to:

• Create and maintain your very own sourdough starter

• Understand the fermentation process

• Mix, shape, and proof your dough

• Bake a beautiful, delicious sourdough loaf from start to finish

We’ll guide you through each step with clear instruction, practical tips, and plenty of encouragement. By the end, you’ll feel confident tackling sourdough in your own kitchen.

Each participant will leave with:

• A healthy sourdough starter

• A recipe to continue baking at home

• A banneton (proofing basket)

• A lame (bread scoring tool)

• A dough scraper

• A miniature loaf of bread

• A head full of bread knowledge and a heart full of joy
